1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of resideskin.com and to everything you buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Reside. "You" means you, the customer. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in Australia.

3. Our products

Reside Body Acne Spray is a leave-on cosmetic skincare spray for the body. It is for external use only, on intact skin. It is not for the face, broken skin, or skin that is already irritated. Patch test on a small area first, keep it away from your eyes, and stop use if irritation appears. It is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or dermatologist.

Every ingredient we use is listed on the bottle and on this site. If you have a known allergy, read that list before you buy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout. If your payment is declined, your order will not be dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud.

5. Subscriptions and recurring payments

When you choose Auto-refill you are authorising us to charge your payment method the subscription price every four weeks until you cancel. This continues automatically.

• The price you subscribe at is the price you keep renewing at. If we ever change it, we will tell you by email first and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• There is no minimum term, no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
• You can skip, pause, reschedule or cancel at any time from the link in your order emails, or by emailing us. Changes must be made before your next order is billed.
• Only the spray renews. Gifts, one-off add-ons and extras are never rebilled.
• Your card details are held by our payment provider, not by us.

6. Gifts, discounts and promotions

Free gifts, discount codes and promotional prices are offered at our discretion, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without affecting an order already placed. Only one automatic discount applies per order. Gifts already sent to you are yours to keep.

7. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch it, not when you receive the order confirmation email. Until then, either of us can cancel.

8. Our content

Everything on this site, including the name Reside, the logo, the photography, the text and the design, belongs to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Reviews and anything you post

If you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to use it on our site, in our marketing and on our social channels. Do not send us anything that is not yours to give, and do not send anything unlawful or misleading.

10. Accuracy

We work hard to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, price or piece of information is free of error. Where an error affects your order we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.

11. Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

To the extent the law allows, and apart from those guarantees, our liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
