Cancellation policy

What you are signing up for

Auto-refill delivers your Reside Body Acne Spray every four weeks at the price shown when you subscribe. Your payment method is charged automatically for each delivery until you cancel.

There is no minimum term, no lock-in period and no cancellation fee. You are never committed to a second bottle.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Two ways:

• Use the subscription management link in any of your order emails.
• Email support@resideskin.com and we will do it for you.

Cancel before your next order is billed and you will not be charged again. If a renewal has already been billed but has not been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel it and refund it in full.

We do not ask you to call anyone, sit through a retention offer, or give a reason.

You can also skip, pause or reschedule

If you are simply ahead on spray, you do not have to cancel. From the same link you can skip the next delivery, push it back, bring it forward, or pause for as long as you like. Changes need to be made before your next order is billed.

What renews and what does not

Only the spray renews. The Reside pouch and any one-off add-ons are never rebilled.

The pouch is a gift. If you cancel, it stays yours, and we do not ask for it back.

Refunds

Your first order is covered by our 90-Day Guarantee. If your skin has not improved, we refund the spray and you keep everything you were sent. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Subscription renewals after the first order are not refundable once dispatched. Cancel before your next order is billed instead, which takes about ten seconds.

Price

The price you subscribe at is the price you keep renewing at. It does not go up after the first order. If we ever need to change it, we will email you before it takes effect so you can cancel first if you want to.

If a payment fails

We will try your payment method again over the following few days and email you so you can update your card. If it still does not go through, your subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so you do not lose your price.
