Where we ship

We ship to every address in Australia, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, every time, with no minimum spend.

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. No customs charges, no duties, no handling fees.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 5 to 14 days.

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan, which is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Subscription deliveries

Subscriptions are delivered every four weeks, and every delivery ships free.

You can bring a delivery forward, push it back, skip one or cancel entirely from the link in your order emails. Changes need to be made before your next order is billed.

Your pouch

The Reside pouch that comes with a subscription ships in your first box, at no cost and with no separate postage. It is a gift, it is never rebilled, and it stays yours if you cancel.

Getting your address right

We dispatch to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will fix it if the order has not gone out yet. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not able to replace an order sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 21 days, contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge. If you would rather have your money back than a replacement, say so and we will refund you instead. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself. That is our job.

Damaged parcels

Send us a photo of the item and the packaging within seven days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge. There is nothing to post back.
